We avoided saying it. At no time will you hear Remy say it. But there are common names for this food oddity, and they are none too pleasant: Cat Poop Coffee Fox Dung Coffee Its hard to tell which is worse. Problem is,both names are correct. This time around, Remy samples the most expensive coffee in the world: coffee that has passed through the bowels of an Indonesian cat / fox / racoon creature. Why, you ask? Watch and learn!

you should try:
hachi no ko (baby bees or bee larvae) (Matsumoto, Japan) – With memories of being stung a few times by bees, had to think twice before putting them in my mouth. Small in size, but could definitely see bees in the bowl.
