Kris, as long as you have all the parts, then you can restring them yourself it’s really pretty straight forward. You’ll need some weather resistent string such as nylon mason’s line or you also may be able to use copper wire. The site below has the how to’s for making windchimes, and about half way down the page it has links for PDF files of patterns for the suspension ring. You might be able to use this to help you sort out which holes are for the pipes and which holes are for hanging the set of windchimes. Hope this helps, good luck.
